Home Maintenance Solutions is locally owned and operated by Wayne Flores. Wayne built Home Maintenance Solution upon this theory; “We will provide our clients with quality home repairs performed in a prompt, professional manner. We will treat each job as if we were repairing our own home.  Our clients are the foundation of our business…and we must act accordingly.”

Wayne has spent over 10 years cultivating his maintenance and repair skills inside of the apartment and leasing industry.  It was during these 10 years that Wayne acquired multiple maintenance and repair certificates ranging from pool care and maintenance to  A/C and electrical testing. Wayne also acquired a Type-2  HVAC technician certification during this time- and hopes to have his HVAC contractor’s license shortly!
